Today has been an absolutely gorgeous day - 37 degrees today!
This is my new favourite top, it's so fresh and bright and perfect for summery days like today when you need loose flowing, casual clothing.
I got these high heels on my last trip to the USA, I picked them up in Las Vegas of course!
Cannot wait to wear my new top out this weekend for drinks with the girls.

Welcome to my blog - this is my first post and I am very excited to begin documenting my fashion successes and faux pas along the way.
Last weekend I was meeting my girlfriends in the city for a couple of afternoon drinks - the sun was shining, finally summer has arrived in Australia. I was, of course, struggling to find an outfit as my online shopping order had not arrived in time for the weekend!!
I remembered a phrase my mum has always said to me, "Nothing beats denim and white".
If all else fails, throw on your favourite white shirt and team it with a pair of denim shorts or jeans. The look is crisp, fresh and always in fashion.
